Refund policy

At Park Coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on coffee products.

 

Returns and Refunds for Non-Coffee Items

You have 30 days from receiving your non-coffee items to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return for non-coffee products, please contact us at info@park-coffee.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll then guide you through the next steps.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@park-coffee.co.uk, providing clear photographs and your order information. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any associated shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

 

Exchanges

For exchanges of non-coffee items, please reach out to us at info@park-coffee.co.uk with details of your exchange request. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items received were incorrect or defective.
